🌞 From Personal Journey to Purpose: The Birth of a Foundation
After years of training and developing horses across disciplines, Ralea witnessed firsthand how many talented sporthorses fall through the cracks due to injury, behavioral issues, or being misunderstood. Inspired to create a solution, she founded the Sporthorse Renewal Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Morriston, Florida.
The Foundation gives horses the time, training, and compassion they need to heal and thrive — whether that means finding a new career or retiring with dignity. Ralea mentors working students and young professionals through this mission, helping them learn how to develop horses properly from the ground up — ethically and sustainably.
