As the founder and president and head trainer of the Sporthorse Renewal Foundation, my mission is to provide a compassionate, knowledgeable, and ethical bridge for sporthorses in transition. Drawing from over two decades of professional experience in many disciplines and focusing on classical dressage and horse rehabilitation, I am committed to giving these horses a second chance—whether that means helping them heal, retrain, repurpose, or simply retire with dignity.
Every horse has a story. My goal is to listen, to understand, and to ensure that no horse ends up neglected, misunderstood, or discarded due to injury, training issues, or life circumstances beyond an owner’s control. I believe in training through empathy, connection, and patience—and I’ve seen firsthand how horses once written off can return to greatness with proper care and time.
Through this foundation, I aim to be a voice for those who cannot speak, an advocate for humane and ethical retraining, and a leader in reshaping how our sporthorse community views “second chances.” This isn’t a rescue—it’s renewal, with purpose.
