Dedicated to the art of ethical horsemanship, Ralea Casperson brings over two decades of experience to the training arena—backed by a personal mission to reshape the way we develop horses and riders.
Ralea’s journey began with a childhood love for horses and evolved into a lifelong pursuit of classical training, compassionate care, and clear communication. With a background spanning multiple disciplines—from dressage to reining, liberty to in-hand work—her diverse knowledge forms the backbone of her thoughtful, results-driven training approach.
What sets Ralea apart is her unwavering commitment to education. Whether she’s starting young horses, retraining problem cases, or guiding riders of all levels, her focus remains the same: develop clarity, kindness, and confidence on both ends of the lead rope.
"Horses deserve more than a program. They deserve a partnership."
Through years of hands-on experience, Ralea witnessed how many talented sporthorses were lost to injury, poor training, or misunderstanding.
At the heart of Ralea’s work is a simple belief: Great horsemanship starts with compassion, and ethical training is the path to lasting success.
